The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover the normal wear of components such as tyres, chaines, discs, sprockets, cables, rubber and suspended parts, unless in the case of a construction or material failure.
The warranty period is only valid for the bikes’ first rightful owner.
Each warranty claim must be supported by proof of purchase (copy of the original invoice) and extends to the replacement of the defect part(s) only. Additional repair and transportation costs are charge of the owner.
Repair and maintenance of the bikes may only be conducted by authorized Holland Bikes dealers using authorized spare parts. In case of repairs conducted by any other party, Holland Bikes cannot be held accountable for the damages and losses that may result.
