What is a refurbished bike?
Our refurbishment process
Collection & selection
We collect electric bikes from top brands (Gazelle, Batavus, Flyer, Cortina, Bakfiets, Kona, etc.) through our network of sales and rental stores and our trade-in program across France.
Thorough inspection
Each bike goes through our Holland Bikes E-Bike Service Center (EBSC) in Annet-sur-Marne, where over 50 inspection points are performed: frame condition, battery, motor, brakes, transmission, etc.
Restoration
Worn or defective parts are replaced with original components. The battery is tested and, if necessary, replaced to ensure optimal range. Each bike is thoroughly serviced and cleaned.
Testing & certification
Before being put up for sale, each bike undergoes a series of real-world tests to ensure optimal performance.
For sale with a warranty
Our refurbished bikes are available online and in stores, accompanied by a 1-year warranty.

Who are our subscriptions for?
They are for commuters living in Paris, the Paris region (77), or Lyon, who cycle more than 10 km per day.
Classic bikes, electric bikes, and cargo bikes.
Our subscriptions are available to all our customers as well as to any cyclists with an eligible bike. -
In which workshops?
Our subscriptions are available in our Paris workshops (5th, 15th, and 17th districts), Lagny-sur-Marne (77), and Lyon (3rd district).
